I take customer service pretty seriously!

If your looking for a refund I suggest you get me on the phone so I can process one for you right away.  Let me also share with you that calling or e-mailing me for a refund is a lot easier then calling your credit card for a charge back.  I will do my due diligence to get it processed right away.  I’ve been running a Judo dojo for over 3 years now and haven’t had any problems yet and don’t plan on.

When you call and If I don’t pick up then please leave me a message.  Keep in mind that on some days I’m running from my dojo to a daycares to teach but will get back to you as fast as humanly possible.
